Return Policy
At Uniquecarmats, our priority is to provide you with high-quality car mats that perfectly match your unique preferences. We value your choice and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. While Lithuanian law may not permit returns of custom-made items, we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Below is our return policy to guide you through the process.
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all our products, including custom-made items. If you find that the product doesn’t meet your expectations within this period, you can initiate a return by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Please include your reason for the return in your message.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. This means it should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All labels and stickers should remain intact, and the item should not have been folded, compressed, or altered in any way. Returns will only be accepted if these conditions are fully met.
Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the original shipping expenses.
Return Process
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period. They will provide you with all the necessary details. Return Confirmation
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets all the return conditions, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the bank account you specify via email during the return process.
Exceptions
Please be aware that our refund policy does not apply in certain situations, such as if the return period has expired, or the item is damaged or missing parts. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
